Email Lists
The Club has two email lists, one for club members and one for
prospective members. These lists are used to send out details of forthcoming
meets and other events of interest. Both lists are controlled so that only
club members can send emails to the list. All requests to join the lists
must be approved by the committee and we don't pass your email address
on to anyone.
Please note: both of the club mailing lists are hosted by Google Groups. As these are just
used as a simple mailing list there is no need to have a Google account/sign in to send/receive
messages from the list. However, if you wish use the Google Groups web interface (e.g. to view
older messages) you will need to have a Google account/sign in.
Email list for EMC members
All members of the EMC should have been added to the members email list
when you joined. However, if for any reason you have not been added to the
members mailing list or you unsubscribed yourself at some point please email
the Membership Secretary at
and they can add you onto the list.

Email list for Prospective members
To join the email list for prospective members please email the Membership Secretary at
telling us a little bit about yourself and we'll get you added on to the list. You won't be able
to post to this list but you will be able to receive all the relevant information relating to
meets etc.
