Meet Report

18th to 21st September 2015 - The Cottage , Between Llanberis and Bethesda Wales

It was a long way to go but Kenny, Chris, Fiona & Mike made it down to North wales for a long weekend. Quite a cosy cottage with minimal parking, maybe only 4 of us was good after all!

Mike & Fiona had already had a great day climbing on Holyhead Mountain on the Friday having been in the area all week on a whistle stop tour of the climbing and walking.

On Saturday Kenny went off into the Carneddau , Chris into the Moel Hebog range and Mike & Fiona climbing at Tremadog. It was good weather with plenty of hills and climbs ticked.

The Sunday didnt have such good conditions and with work on monday Fiona & Mike headed off. This didnt stop Chris from doing a full traverse of the Glyder range whilst Kenny finished the last of his welsh 3000rs on the Carneddau.

Being a bank holiday we also had the Monday in the hut. Chris got out walking again on Yr Aran & Craiglwyn. We are not sure about Kenny's wheareabouts!

A good meet, just enough numbers to get parked and break even on the hut!
